This past summer, the HEMC Engineering Department hosted Kennedy Totherow as a distribution systems engineer intern. Kennedy is a rising senior at North Carolina State University in the Renewable Electrical Energy Systems (REES) program.

Kennedy enjoys playing disc golf and table tennis in his free time.

During his time at HEMC, Kennedy was tasked with designing an app to be used for substation inspections. He also assisted with the installation and testing of routers and the digitazation and electronic filing of older work orders.
