Rising seniors Leah Edwards, Vivek Warrier, and Hnuda Moua represented Union Power in the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour. They joined 1,800 other students from electric co-ops across the country for this week-long experience.

Hnuda Moua was eager to share her experience this past June. “You can meet so many different types of people in one place at the same time, and you can discover so many new interesting things and perspectives on different topics,” she says.

This trip significantly impacted the leadership and communication skills of all three students. We are proud to offer educational programs such as Youth Tour that allow high school juniors an opportunity of a lifetime.
