To change your bill preference, call your local office for assistance or follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Online Member Service Portal
- Navigate to the My Account tab
- Click e-Notifications, then e-Bill
- Select e-Bill for each account listed
- List an active email for the account, which is where your bill will be sent
- Submit your changes
