- If you get in a rip current DO NOT PANIC … RELAX and stay afloat!
- SWIM PARALLEL to the beach until you can swim back toward the shore.
- The current will pull you out but not under the water.
- CALMLY wave your hands and shout if you need help but DO NOT panic.
