Scholarship Opportunities

Lumbee River EMC is proud to support local high school students through our annual scholarship program. This year, we’re offering:

• Four $8,000 scholarships for students attending four-year colleges.
• One $8,000 scholarship for a student pursuing agricultural science.
• One $2,000 scholarship for technical or community college students.

Applications opened: Jan. 1
Deadline: March 6
Eligibility: High school seniors or nontraditional students who are Lumbee River EMC members (or whose parents/guardians are members).

Summer Basketball Camps

Middle school students, don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity! Lumbee River EMC is offering full scholarships to summer camps with:

• Carolina Basketball School at UNC-Chapel Hill (boys)
• Wolfpack Women’s Basketball Camp at NC State University (girls)

Applications are open!

Eligibility: Rising 6th or 7th graders in our service area. Selection is based on academics, extracurriculars,
and an essay.
