Basil D. Williams
Director, District 2
Basil has served on the board since 2005. He is a Credentialed Cooperative Director and has earned the Board Leadership Certificate through NRECA.
Basil is retired from Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant and is the Pastor of Barnes Memorial Baptist Church in Whitakers and Antioch Baptist Church in Jackson. He and his wife, Wanda, have been married 40 years. They have two children and five grandchildren.
