“Wow!” I said when we dug up our sweet potatoes.

My husband and I always had a garden. I love to plant vegetables and watch them grow. In 2008, I decided to set out some sweet potato plants. I had two rows. To enrich the garden soil, I spread some Miracle-Gro garden soil in the garden.

When it came time to dig up the potatoes, I was surprised to see how large they were. We shared some with our neighbor.
