Board members and staff from all 26 electric cooperatives in North Carolina gathered in Raleigh March 17-18 to meet with their representatives in the General Assembly. They discussed issues affecting cooperative members and their communities. Cooperatives are advocates for affordable, reliable, environmentally conscious electric power and economic development for the state’s rural and suburban regions.
