Substation and System Technician
Rocky Mount
Welcome aboard to Mike Watson, our new Substation and System Technician. Mike is from Rocky Mount and previously worked for Verizon. He and his wife have three adult children, and we are pleased to have his technical expertise and experience on our team.
Skyler Hux
Lineworker III
Roanoke Rapids
Skyler Hux has joined Halifax EMC as a Lineworker III. She is from the Roanoke Rapids area and is a graduate of the Electric Line Technology Program at Nash Community College. Skyler enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors, making her a great fit for line work and life at the cooperative.
Jackson Taylor
Lineworker III
Halifax
Jackson Taylor has also joined the cooperative as a Lineworker III. He is from Halifax and comes to us with prior experience at Pike Electric. Jackson enjoys hunting and fishing and says he is looking forward to working in and serving the local community.
