The Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival returns Labor Day weekend for three days of family fun, folklore, outdoor adventure, live entertainment, vendors, food, and all things Bigfoot. Held at beautiful Camp Barnhardt in New London, NC, near Badin Lake and the Uwharrie National Forest, this one-of-a-kind festival celebrates local legends, cryptids, outdoor recreation, and community.
After last year’s huge success, with approximately 10,000 attendees, the 2026 festival is expected to be even bigger. Guests can enjoy Bigfoot-themed attractions, live music, guest speakers, kids’ activities, vendors, food trucks, entertainment, and special appearances throughout the weekend.
The festival will also feature the NC Bronco Show, bringing Bronco enthusiasts, show vehicles, and organized trail rides to the Uwharrie area guided by the NC Bronco Club and sponsored by f150leds.com
