Ingredients

1 can (12.5 ounce) chicken breast, drained and flaked
2 cartons (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
¾ package ranch dressing mix
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper (use more or less to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until blended and smooth. Mixture will be very thick.

  2. Serve with crackers of your choice.
    (To use this as a Chicken Ball, roll the mixture into a ball and coat with pecans.)
