Good Pecan Pie

No corn syrup in this baby! And the store-bought pie shell makes it extra easy.

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell (or your favorite pie crust recipe)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add vanilla and vinegar and mix. Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell.

  2. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top while insides are slightly jiggly.
