1 box graham crackers
2 sticks of margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup of milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup nuts
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Icing

1 stick margarine, melted
1 box confectioner sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
¼ cup milk

Directions

  1. Line rectangle cookie pan with squares of graham crackers. Melt margarine in a pot, add sugar, egg, milk—cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Take off stove and add coconut, nuts, graham cracker crumbs and mix real well. Pour this mixture over the cracker squares in the pan. Add another layer of crackers. Add icing on top of crackers.

  2. For icing, mix ingredients together and spread over graham crackers. Cover and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
