Registration, entertainment and exhibits open at 5 p.m. Business meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
What to expect at this year’s Annual Meeting

- Hazy Ridge Bluegrass Band
- Gilbert’s Old-Fashioned Ice Cream
- Bring a canned food donation to be entered to win $50 cash!
The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
- Report from Officers, Directors and Committees.
- Election of Directors from Districts 2, 4 and 7.
- Transaction of such other and further business as may have come before said meeting or any adjournments thereof.
