Registration, entertainment and exhibits open at 5 p.m. Business meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting includes the following:

• Report from Officers, Directors and Committees.
• Election of Directors from Districts 2, 4 and 7.
• Transaction of such other and further business as may have come before said meeting or any adjournments thereof.
