District Nominating Committees, Credentials & Election Committee Appointed

Pursuant to Section 4.12 of the Bylaws of the Cooperative, the Nominating Committees for Districts 1, 3 and 6, from which Directors will be elected at the Annual Meeting, have been appointed.

The members who have been appointed to serve on those respective Nominating Committees are listed below and will meet on March 17 to nominate a candidate or candidates who will run for the Board of Directors from each district. Any qualified member wishing to submit his or her name for consideration should contact a member of his or her district’s nominating committee by 5 p.m. on March 13, 2025.
