Remembering Two Dedicated Board Members

Mr. James Andrews, former District 1 Director, died on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

Mr. Andrews joined Randolph EMC’s Board of Directors in 2000 and retired in 2017.

Mr. Paul Hurley, former District 9 Director, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Mr. Hurley served on Randolph EMC’s Board of Directors for 23 years before retiring in December 2011.

On behalf of the Randolph EMC Board of Directors and members, we are so grateful of the commitment that Mr. Andrews and Mr. Hurley had to the cooperative and for their dedicated service,” said Dale Lambert, REMC’s CEO. “I am personally appreciative to have worked for them and thankful for their guidance, wisdom and encouragement.”

Our thoughts are with their families as they mourn the loss of both very special men.
