They climb poles in sweltering heat and freezing temperatures, working around the clock to ensure homes, schools, hospitals and businesses stay powered. Their work is physically demanding and can be dangerous, requiring extensive training, skill and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Beyond storm response, linemen maintain and upgrade critical infrastructure year-round, helping strengthen the reliability of our electric system and supporting the growth of our communities. While much of their work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt every day.
