“Cold Pursuit” is the latest print by Raleigh artist Ronald Ragland. After the success of the “Hot Pursuit” art print, Ronald heard from rabbit hunters asking him to paint a winter scene with beagles chasing a snowshoe hare, the rabbit with large hind legs that turns from brown to white during the winter.
