How many does it take to change a light bulb?

How many college students does it take to replace an inefficient light bulb with an energy-efficient one?

55: Twenty-five to demand that the bulb be changed out, and another 20 to protest changing it out. Then five to convene a forum to discuss why energy-efficient bulbs are better for the environment, then five graduate students to conduct a student survey to find a majority favoring the change, and then to submit a work order to the university.
