Lumbee River EMC is a cooperative owned by the members we serve. As a member-owner, you have a voice in how the corporation operates. Every year, we have an annual meeting of the members to elect Directors, hear and pass reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transact business that has properly come before the meeting.
The 86th Annual Meeting of Members will be held Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 6090 NC HWY 711, Pembroke, NC. From 7 a.m.–6:30 p.m. you can take advantage of drive-thru registration and gift pickup. The business meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Facebook Live.
