The Director Gold Credential recognizes electric cooperative directors who are committed to advancing their knowledge and strengthening their leadership beyond the Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD) and Board Leadership Certificate (BLC) programs. To earn the designation, directors must complete extensive training focused on governance, fiduciary responsibility, strategic planning and emerging issues facing the electric utility industry.
The program reflects an ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in cooperative leadership. Directors who achieve Director Gold status demonstrate a dedication to serving their members with informed decision-making and a strong understanding of the evolving energy landscape.
“I appreciate the trust provided to me by the members of Four County EMC to serve them. I will continue to do my best to become as knowledgeable as possible while in service to and advocating on behalf of our members,” said Ms. Rose.
