Noyes comes to us from Creative Planning, where she provided accounting services and supported clients with accounting software solutions. Prior to that role, she served as Finance Manager at McLeod Cooperative Power, where she oversaw accounting, payroll, and Human Resources. While at McLeod, she completed CFC’s New CFO Orientation, the Cooperative Financial Professional Certification, and the KRTA Certificate Program.

Noyes holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in organizational design from Purdue University Global. She recently completed the C-Suite Leadership Development course at the Wharton School of Business. She brings a strong blend of technical financial expertise and principled ethical stewardship, both within and beyond the cooperative industry.

In her free time, Noyes enjoys traveling, reading, camping, fishing, and hunting.
