The late Rev. Paul Key baptized me.
I remember one hot July Sunday in 1966 when I was baptized. This was no river; it was a pond. I was baptized along with 13 other people. I still can hear the people all singing, “Shall We Gather at the River.”
I was saved at a spring revival with the Rev. Dan Brinkly. I’ll never forget how I felt that night when Jesus came into my heart. It was wonderful.
Today I am 57 years, old and Rev. Key still lives in my heart.
