The November Where Is This photo by Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative member Oscar Trujillo features the Village Blacksmith shop, a part of the Pamlico County Heritage Center and Museum located on NC Highway 55 in Grantsboro. According to the Pamlico County Historical Association, the Heritage Center educates visitors on local farming, fishing and forestry, the three economic drivers for the county. The site features a visitor center, museum, heritage village, exhibits showcasing agricultural tools and artifacts, all serving as an educational hub for all ages. The winning entry chosen at random from all correct submissions came from Debbie Buck of New Bern, a Tideland EMC member.
