Fall Travel

The end of summer and start of fall has always been my favorite time to travel, when the weather is a little cooler and the crowds are a little smaller. There’s also no shortage of festivals in September, which can be a great excuse to explore parts of the state you may not have seen before. In this issue, you’ll find unique places to stay the night, picturesque agritourism and an updated list of festivals on carolinacountry.com. Also, don’t miss readers honoring their favorite teachers in our Carolina Voices section.
