Canned Heat

I love gardening and spicy foods, so I tried growing my own jalapeños for the first time. I started the plants indoors from seeds then moved them outside in the garden. Only two made it but once they took off, I had an abundance of peppers, so I canned them for the first time as well! I love how colorful they are both fresh and sliced in the jars.
