Four County EMC provides technical and resource assistance for economic and community development to help create new jobs, reduce unemployment and underemployment, and improve the quality of life of our citizens. Together, we will continue to work with our local communities to build a brighter future.

Four County EMC made the following Revolving Loan Fund Loans in 2025:

Town of Wallace for two new police patrol cars – $138,342.08

Investments into the Four County EMC service area during 2025:

Art Works Teaching Studio leases space in the Elizabethtown Industrial Park.
Central Carolina Inboards, a marine parts supplier company, leases space in the Elizabethtown Industrial Park.
Cross Comfort Solutions, an HVAC company, leases space in the Elizabethtown Industrial Park.
MST Rebar, a fiberglass rebar manufacturing company, leases space in the Bladenboro Industrial Park
Pender County builds new Pender Central Park, a recreation park with a wide range of amenities just north of Burgaw, NC.
Phinite, an agri-business company, starts bio-waste drying facilities in Bladen and Duplin Counties to make fertilizer.
Wilmington Precast, a supplier of concrete infrastructure products, opens facility in the Watha area of Pender County.
