The Big Play

I grew up in what was Clinton Free Will Holiness Church, which no longer exists except in memory. How precious those memories are. Joyce Bryant always did the directing of the plays, as far as I can remember. She loved children and gave each child in the church a part of some kind before the big play. They were always so good, and the church was always packed out. After the play was over, bags filled with fruit, nuts and candy were handed out to each person.
