Local History Dinner

This is the Foscoe Ruritan's 3rd year of having our Local History Dinners. They are held on the 4th Friday monthly May - Oct, We begin serving dinner at 5:30pm with the speaker beginning at approximately 6:30. The Foscoe Ruritan club sponsors these events as a fund raiser. The meal is made fresh by the Club members for each dinner. We ask a small donation of $15 for 12 and older, with a reduced rate for those younger. The funds we raise are used for scholarships for graduating high school seniors. We also support the Valley Crucis Elementary school, he'll citizens within our area with utility bills. This first dinner subject is the History of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
