Jalapeño Cranberry Sauce


  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 3–4 chopped jalapeño peppers (fresh), seeds removed
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries


  1. Boil vinegar, water, sugar and jalapeños for 5 minutes. Add the cranberries.
    Boil 5 minutes more (it will gel when it cools).
