“Hey, I am Michelle from The Color Barre located in Downtown Norwood. I found a love for yoga about 8 years ago after taking my first class. I then began working on my certification to teach yoga. I started teaching at a local studio in Albemarle, where I grew to love yoga even more. I love both the mental and physical aspects of practicing yoga regularly.
It’s amazing to watch someone as they begin their yoga journey and how stiff they are at first, and then see that same student in class 6 months later and think, ‘Wow,’ I can truly see the difference in their flexibility as they flow through the class. Yoga helps with balance, stress, focus, flexibility, and more! Come and try it for yourself!
At our studio, we offer a diverse lineup of classes, from yoga, pilates, barre, and more. Our classes are all levels classes and are taught by dynamic and inspiring instructors. We are offering a Complimentary Free FIRST class to all Pee Dee Electric members.
