Tideland EMC, headquartered in Pantego, NC, distributes Carolina Country magazine each month as a benefit of membership. The cooperative is a not-for-profit electric distribution utility, owned by the consumers it serves and guided by a democratically elected board of directors. It serves members in Beaufort, Craven, Dare, Hyde, Pamlico and Washington counties.
