In a large bowl stir cake mixes, eggs and oil (batter will be very stiff). Roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8–10 minutes and cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth, refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the bottom of half of the cookies and then top with the remaining cookies.
