Buttermilk Blue Ranch Dressing
This creamy, tangy dressing pairs nicely with our Buffalo Chicken Burger Salad.
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 5 ounce blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Duke’s preferred)
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/3 cup each finely chopped chives, dill and parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
Put all ingredients into a jar, cover and shake to mix.
