Sweet ’n’ Spicy Chili Vinaigrette

Drizzle this dressing over a simple salad along with our Carnitas Enchiladas Suiza, or put it to work in a shredded cabbage slaw. Need a quick marinade for chicken or shrimp? This is your go-to! Keeps in the fridge for about a month.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Texas Pete)

  • ½ cup pickle juice or favorite vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

  • ⅔ cup grapeseed or light oil

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a jar, cover and shake. Best if at room temperature when serving.
